Pastor Chad has been the RVBC pastor since 2006. He has been married to his wife Krystal since 1993 and they have two children; Austin and Meagan.

Steve has been the RVBC Youth Pastor since 1999. He is married to his wife Sherry and they have one son, Kobe.

Brian has led worship at RVBC since 2012. He and his wife Heather have four boys; Dillon, Austin, Daniel, and Joshua.
