Pastor Chad has been the RVBC pastor since 2006. He has been married to his wife Krystal since 1993 and they have two children; Austin and Meagan.

Brian has led worship at RVBC since 2012. He and his wife Heather have four boys; Dillon, Austin, Daniel, and Joshua.
